This policy covers the Loop HR landing pages on get.loophr.com and our sign-up page. Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use a small number of our own cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not share analytics data with advertisers or other third parties.
Strictly necessary
These keep the site working and secure. They are always on, because the site cannot work properly without them.
loop_hr_session
Lasts 2 hours
Keeps your session, so forms such as the offer claim form work securely.
XSRF-TOKEN
Lasts 2 hours
Protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
lp_consent
Lasts 12 months
Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we do not ask on every page.
Analytics (only if you accept)
These help us understand how our pages are used so we can improve them. They are first-party, which means only Loop HR sets and reads them. They are off until you accept.
lp_visitor
Lasts 12 months
A random ID that lets us count returning visitors and link your visits to our pages together. It does not contain your name or contact details.
What we record
If you accept analytics cookies, we use them to understand how visitors use our pages, such as which pages and sections are most useful, so we can improve them. If you reject them, we don't use analytics cookies.
Like most websites, our server also keeps basic technical information about each visit, such as the page viewed and the type of device. This doesn't use cookies. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data and your rights.
Bot protection
On our event offer and sign-up forms we use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person rather than a bot. It runs a short check in your browser and is needed to keep the form secure, so it is not affected by your cookie choice. Cloudflare processes this on our behalf. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Changing your choice
You can accept or reject analytics cookies at any time. Rejecting deletes the analytics cookie from your browser. We ask again after 12 months. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection and do not ask.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, forms on our pages may not work.
